Welcome! I'm Cara, a Certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, and I firmly believe that self-care is the foundation of a healthy life. After a decade in corporate America, I discovered firsthand how neglecting self-care can seriously impact your well-being.

For years, I tried to "do it all" and maintain the appearance of having everything under control. This led to neglecting my health, pushing myself to the brink until I was running on empty, trapped in a constant fog. Prioritizing everything over my peace of mind and overall health left me stressed and drained of energy.

Recognizing this, I turned to yoga and became a certified yoga teacher, integrating mind-body modalities and nutrition into my practice. I specialize in wellness coaching for those dealing with burnout, chronic stress, and anxiety, focusing on small, positive habits that can transform your mindset and daily life.
