Welcome! I’m Cara, a Certified Integrative Health & Wellness Coach and yoga-based somatic practitioner. I believe self-care is the foundation of a healthy, balanced life.
My work is shaped by both professional training and personal experience. From a young age, I lived with anxiety and spent years moving through life on autopilot, often disconnected from what my body needed. Yoga entered my life over a decade ago and became a steady anchor, especially after deepening my practice through certification in 2017. Through yoga, therapy, and somatic practices, I learned how to ground, regulate my nervous system, and build a more supportive relationship with myself.
Alongside my wellness work, I navigate a demanding corporate role, which has reinforced how important it is to create daily structure, boundaries, and care that can be realistically woven into everyday life. I practice these tools in my own life and return to them whenever I feel overwhelmed or out of alignment.
In my coaching, I create a supportive, grounding space where people can slow down, tune in, and build awareness around their habits in a way that feels nourishing and aligned with who they are.
Attunement Sessions
Attunement Sessions are one-on-one coaching sessions designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and listen more deeply to what you need.
Each session is shaped around you and what’s present in your life. Rather than following a fixed agenda, we move at your pace — tuning into your body, your energy, and your lived experience. My role is to offer a safe, supportive space for reflection, gentle guidance, and clarity to emerge.
You don’t need to have it all figured out — we begin exactly where you are.
